Developer Mode is a setting in Chrome that gives users deeper access to the browser’s functionality, including the ability to load extensions not available on the Chrome Web Store.

Enabling Developer Mode

  1. Open Chrome
  2. Click on the three-dot menu at the top right corner > Select ‘More tools’ > ‘Extensions’.

Or type this in your browser’s search bar & press enter

chrome://extensions

3. At the top right of the Extensions page, toggle the ‘Developer mode’ switch to ‘On’.

Once installed, the extension will appear on your Extensions page.

Here, you can manage the extension’s permissions, remove it, or temporarily disable it.
